Mark,

This is very insightful. I'm working on a book drive and book swap program at my children's school. Kids will be able to swap the books on a weekly basis.

This is different than the use of the library, as there different books available than what is in the school library. It also gives the students the ability to feel as though they can keep or swap a book. It empowers them.

Any input you may have is greatly appreciated.
